Get your site spidered by Google and Yahoo!

Get your site spidered by Google and Yahoo!: "Getting Into Google
Well, you see, the largest search engine in the universe, Google, owns Blogger.com - and they send their search engine spiders through Blogger all the time looking for - you guessed it - fresh content!
When you blog the content on your site - (all you have to do is highlight some specific text and push a button) it automatically attaches the URL and the page name such as http://www.YourNewSite.com.
When Google's search spider comes upon the page it say's (in special spider language) 'Hey - we don't have that page listed! We'd better get over there and check it out!' And boy do they ever.
This is approximately a kazillion times faster than submitting your URL to Google and waiting a month - and as Google's own FAQ will tell you - they love to 'discover' sites by finding links rather than submission.
Once Google picks up your site - all the other search engines that use it's powerful feed will pick you up too, once the floodgates open up you simply won't believe your eyes when you look at the search engine traffic that hits your web logs!"

Rick's video's are so easy to follow that even an old over 60 guy like me can master it! I'm using Rick's Blog and Ping techniques now on several of my web sites like this one about web design and results should hopefully start showing up positively in a few days from now.

Hey Rick! Great Work....
I thought I might mention, that not only is the keyword blog good but RSS
Feeds is in the top 1000 keywords on Wordtracker. (Adult Filter On)
Anyone interested in Wordtrackercan click here for more information...

Have a Great Day!
Mark

P.S. I don't know if You have an affiliate program but if You ever wanted a page published
on my site related to blog and ping, I wouldn't mind...I don't pretend to be an expert on anything, just do my best to find the people who are. (of course content sharing is another great form of linksharing that the search engines love.)

Rick,

Thanks a lot for the blog and ping videos as well as leading the marketing of blogburner.com. I have found both to be very helpful to me. Immediately after using blogburner on a new site, I saw Yahoo's spider show up very quickly. I was excited about the blog and ping strategy in order to obtain website traffic, but I was lazy. Blogburner helped a lot.

G'Day Rick from Down Under!
I created a new blog after learning about your process and found that within two week my Downunder Virtual tour site was listed really well within Google. Actually I used three keywords and came up number one! Actually what happened was I forgot my url at a mates place and tried to find it just by searching and almost feel off my chair when it was on top! He never understood my joy. A week or so later back at home I tried searching and it didn't come up at all on first 3 pages - I panicked a bit but then realised I changed my blogger URL doh! Anyway, I'm happier now with 360australia.blogspot.com as it describes what I am setting out to do much better :) Thanks for all your help! Let's give it time and see what happens... I'll let you know with time!

Best Regards,
Christian
